Congratulations on your outstanding Ofsted inspection report, this was clearly an all round team effort and is a reflection of the quality service and education that the nursery provides. We are very pleased to have our second child Harry at First Steps and will continue to recommend your nursery.
I cannot recommend your nursery enough. In three years of Gracie being in your care, we have never had a bad day. You are all great teachers; thank you so much.
Our family and friends have seen Jack’s confidence and social skills grow so much. You are a brilliant team who clearly love what you do.
Our son has become a kind, confident, and bright little boy and it’s all down to the lovely First Steps staff team; you are all amazing.
I started of at first steps when i was only one the staff were very friendly but i sometimes missed my mum.
At two when i was walking, my favourite thing of all was going to the local park and playing with a ball.
At three it was time to go upstairs and leave the baby toys with new adventures to be had with all the boys and girls.
When i was four pre-school was there to help me on my way the early years foundation stage taught me something new each day.
Now i am off to big school at nearly five years old, i will always try my very best to do as i am told.
The last four years at nursery have been packed full of surprise so thank you mark and hazel and all the first steps guys.
